Can any skin type use Magneteyes?
Yes any skin type can use Magneteyes. It’s all about hydration, cooling and revitalising the under eye area which lets be honest we all need a little help with sometimes.

Can people with sensitive eyes use Magneteye?
Absolutely, however if irritation does occur try either not having them so close to under your eyes or not leaving them on for so long and if that still doesn’t work then discontinue use.

How does it hydrate the skin?
Two naturally based ingredients found in Magneteys contribute to its amazing ability to hydrate the skin. Algae (sorbitol), works as an incredibly effective humectant giving it the ability to attract and bind moisture to the skin. Contributes to the cool and fresh sensation you feel when the eye pads are applied. It also leaves the skin feeling velvety smooth, moist and hydrated. Second is water based silicone, the unique fluid properties give it a great deal of slip, and feels like silk on the skin it is a water-binding agent that holds up well, even when skin becomes wet.

How quickly will I see results?
The results are instant after a 30 minute Magneteyes treatment, fine lines will be diminished, your skin will feel firmer, dark circles defused and puffiness minimised.

How long will the results last for?
This largely depends on how dehydrated the area under your eyes is, how deep your wrinkles are, how much sleep you have had and how puffy the area is. A once off treatment without the use of an eye product will last up to 48 hours.

How can I prolong my result?
Magneteyes results are cumulative, if you use a pair once per day for 5-7 days and then every 3-5 days results will be maintained. Please remember this is only a guide and results will vary depending on the condition of your skin to begin with. We would strongly advise you to use a good eye cream or gel as this will help to lock in hydration and maintain results.

Do I need to lie down with Magneteyes on?
No, you can continue doing pretty much any task working on the computer, in the car, feeding the baby, cooking dinner, doing your hair, reading a book, watching tv or just doing house work. Bear in mind if you are talking a lot or laughing the eye pads will slip down.

Can I use a pair of Magneteyes more than once?
Actually you can! Provided you put them back in the tray/package and close the foil back and heat seal it you could get another treatment out of it. Please be aware however the results may not be as good as a fresh set.

Can I use a full face mask at the same time?
Yes of course, I would apply Magneteyes first and then apply your face mask.

Can Magneteyes be used over makeup?
This is certainly not the ideal way to use any kind of skin care product however if you are unable to clean your face at least give the area a wipe with a wet tissue or cloth.

Do I need to store Magneteyes in a special way?
Magneteyes are best stored in a cupboard out of direct sunlight.

Is Magneteyes tested on animals?
Magneteyes has not been tested on animals. Naïve Beauty does not support this practise.

Does Magneteyes have parabens in it?
No, Magneteyes is completely paraben free.

Delivery
Same day dispatch will apply for orders placed before 3pm Australian Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday. Orders received after 3pm will be shipped the following day. Any orders that are received on a weekend will be shipped on Monday. Order will only be sent once your payment has been processed.

Delivery Times
2-3 postal working days for Australian capital cities. 7-10 postal working days for other destinations. These delivery times are guidelines only and are based on reasonable expectations. Please email our customer service info@naivebeauty if you have any postage/delivery queries.

Returns Policy
If you are unhappy at all with our product simply post back the remaining product with the box to PO BOX 414 Mentone Victoria Australia 3194. If you return 3 or more pairs of eye pads we will give you a full refund any less than 3 and we will pro rata the refund amount.

To process your returns as quickly as possible, all returns must include:
A copy of your order number
Reason for return

Please ensure that return goods are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit.
